    Pam Beaton, CHCP, FACEHP (she/her/hers)

    Pam brings more than 18 years of experience across independent medical education, healthcare administration, and external funding, with the past eight years dedicated to building strategically aligned, high-performing grants and giving operations within the pharmaceutical industry. She specializes in strengthening instructional design expectations, developing transparent and compliant policies, and aligning funding strategies to meaningful practice gaps using clear OKRs, KPIs, and data-informed insights. Pam is also engaged in applying emerging AI-enabled tools to improve consistency, quality, and efficiency across the funding lifecycle.

    Pam is recognized for her commitment to operational excellence and system-level clarity. She has led the development of decision-making frameworks, governance models, and process improvements that elevate educational rigor, enhance compliance, and support consistent and fair grantmaking. A key focus of her work is supporting a broader range of educational providers within the existing ecosystem—expanding opportunities for diverse organizations to deliver high-quality, independent education. This approach enables more clinicians across specialties, care settings, and geographies to access evidence-based learning, helping address gaps that disproportionately affect underserved patient populations.

    In addition to her industry roles, Pam serves as Treasurer and a Board Member of the Alliance for Continuing Education in the Health Professions, where she contributes to governance, financial stewardship, and initiatives that strengthen the CPD community. She is known for elevating IME quality, advancing transparency in external funding, and advocating for the next generation of medical education professionals.

    A native Nevadan, Pam enjoys refining her flying trapeze skills and traveling internationally in her free time.
