Andrew Crim, M.Ed., CHCP, FACEHP is the director of Education & Professional Development for the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOOG). He brings extensive experience in continuing education for health professionals across hospitals, academic institutions, and specialty colleges. His work focuses on translating evidence into practice, advancing clinical improvement, and increasing safety in healthcare. Since November 2022, he has explored how artificial intelligence enhances continuing education, examining delivery and effectiveness. He has presented to more than 40 groups on AI use cases, ethics, and opportunities.
Andy serves on the Board of Directors for the Alliance for Continuing Education in the Health Professions (ACEHP) and becomes vice president in 2026. He chairs the Texas Council for Developmental Disabilities, where he leads a 27-member federally-funded state agency that provides $4+ million in annual grants and creates systems to ensure all people with disabilities in Texas are fully included in their communities.
Mr. Crim is a Fellow of the ACEHP and holds the Certified Healthcare CPD Professional (CHCP) credential. He has authored and published multiple peer-reviewed manuscripts based on his research.
