This analysis evaluates the educational impact of eight independent satellite symposia presented during the 2025 Miami Breast Cancer Conference. Study objectives included comparing educational design formats, assessing differences in learner performance across demographic subgroups, and measuring shifts in intent to change and confidence. Methods incorporated pooled outcomes data, pre/post assessments, and qualitative learner feedback. Results identified format-specific trends in engagement, design features associated with greater knowledge gains, and demographic insights that influenced educational effectiveness. Findings provide actionable guidance for optimizing future CME design and support broader translation of these learnings across other oncology-focused education initiatives.
Learning Objectives:
Compare the effectiveness of distinct educational formats used across eight satellite symposia.
Assess variations in learner performance and confidence based on demographic subgroups.
Identify educational design elements associated with increased intent to change clinical practice.
