    M-J directs URI’s CPE and workforce training programs and has led efforts to strengthen CE across the health disciplines by partnering with faculty to design team-based learning. She leads statewide healthcare upskilling initiatives, teaches adult learning, chairs the Alliance's CHCP Commission, and serves on the RI Board of Pharmacy. M-J received URI’s 2024 Administrative Excellence Award.
