    Emma Shillman Director of Clinician Engagement, Clinician Connection

    Emma Shillman joined Clinician Connection in July 2025 as Director of Clinician Engagement. In this role, she leads recruitment and engagement initiatives to expand and strengthen the organization’s network of healthcare professionals. Her responsibilities include attending industry conferences, managing exhibition booths, and serving as the primary liaison for clinician interactions on recruitment-focused projects.

    Emma also oversees the uploading and coordination of Continuing Medical Education (CME) courses, working closely with clinicians to support their ongoing professional development.

    Originally from Hilton Head Island, Emma enjoys spending her free time on the beach, where she finds balance and inspiration outside of her professional work.
